SalaryAnderson Knight is recruiting for Helpdesk Team Leader on a back shift rotation for a well-established company based in Glasgow.
Hours 37.5 per week - 2pm-10pm on rotation 5 days over 7, working 2 weekends out of 4.
Salary - £28,000
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Recruit, lead, and coach a team of Customer Service Representatives.
• Motivate and support the team to achieve customer excellence.
• Offer clear direction and guidance on daily helpdesk inquiries.
• Ensure quality standards are met and inspire the team to excel.
• Identify training needs and provide necessary coaching.
Key Attributes and Skills:
• Highly motivated and passionate with a positive attitude toward achieving excellence in people and customer service.
• Experience leading a team in a Facilities Management Helpdesk.
• Advantageous to have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and efficiently manage team workload.
• Administrative experience, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience in leading a team in a contact center, call center, or helpdesk environment.
