The Employer is: EVOLV IT LTD. Evolv IT Ltd is a newly established IT managed services company based in Bangor. We support IT systems for organisations throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The number one goal of everyone in our team is to make our clients exceptionally happy. The Helpdesk Technician plays an important role in making sure that happens. As a Helpdesk Technician, you will handle first level support requests that come in from our clients. In many cases, you will be the first to touch a helpdesk support ticket and make sure that the issue is handled quickly and the client is informed of what to expect every step of the way. When a client needs help, it is the Helpdesk Technicians responsibility to provide support or escalate issues to other members of the Helpdesk team. As a small IT services provider, you will also be involved in assisting with IT project deployments, preparing PCs, laptops and other IT related equipment. You will also be required on occasions to visit client premises to provide support, install equipment or to assist with project deployments..
