My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to provide administration and Customer Service support to their international clients. As a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for processing international customers orders and producing Export/Import paperwork for transporters to cross the borders in an efficient and timely manner. You will be liasing with the Technical department and hauliers to ensure full compliance with the regulations for all Export/Import orders.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be great at:

• Processing customer orders and dealing with any queries from the customers
• Ensuring orders are processed accurately
• Working in a team and on your own initiative
• Supporting the stock control process
• Coordination with the Operations Team to ensure that SLAs can be achieved
• Handle (and resolve where possible) customer queries
• Deal with Supply Chain issues
• Keep customers informed of any developments
• Keep systems up to date with customer information
• Liaising with the transport/warehouse to ensure deliveries are made on time in full

Customer Service Administrator, skills required

• Ability to carry out specific tasks with minimum of supervision
• Highly numerate with good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Good English language skills
• A minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Services, supply chain or export environment
