HR Services Administrator (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)
Summary
GBP25,000 up to GBP34,000 per annum (pro rata) – This isn't an ordinary job. This is an extraordinary experience.
Please be aware, should this Temporary Assignment have the potential to go permanent, the colleague on the Temporary Assignment will have first–refusal of the role (provided measures have been met)
This will be a 6 month fixed term contract.
Based in our Regional Distribution Centre you'll join a friendly team who manage the recruitment, training and HR needs of your region. This role is all about dealing with people throughout their entire employment life cycle, so naturally each person in our Personnel team is a 'people–person' to the core. Thriving on the buzz of a fast–paced workplace, you'll be able to make a great contribution to the business. With new people continuously joining our growing company, you will play a crucial role in welcoming them.

Supporting the running of the Regional Welcome Events for new startersOrganising all contractual documentation required for new startersConducting Eligibility To Work checksCoordinating travel bookingsHandling sensitive Personnel information Minute taking for Disciplinary and Grievance meetingsDealing with Payroll related queries
What you'll need
Previous Personnel experience is desirableMotivated with exceptional people skillsAn excellent telephone mannerA confident PC user with intermediate Word and Excel skills and experience managing information on a databaseA strong multi–tasker with good organizational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlinesUncompromising attention to detailAble to use their own initiativeHands–on with a confident, 'can do' attitudeAn excellent communicator with exceptional literacy skillsDynamic, flexible and hard–working approach to workStrong minute taking skills
