HGV Class 2 Driver - Key DutiesMultiple customer deliveries (approximately 1-15 drops daily)Drive Company HGV vehicles and operate Company equipment in a safe and professional manner in accordance with Company policies, procedures & legislationProvide a professional HGV driving service, to meet & exceed customer expectationsComply with the vehicle security and standing procedures at all times.Carry out HGV vehicle and auxiliary equipment checks (reporting defects) prior to the operation of any vehicle.Report any delivery issues or exceptions in a timely mannerResponsible for the Health and Safety of themselves and others, adhering to safe working practices and the Health & Safety at Work Act, including accident, incident, and damage reporting.
Do you have the correct profile?
Firstly, you must be an experienced multi drop HGV Driver with the appropriate driving license (with no more than 6 points) and be able to evidence at least two year's experience of commercial HGV driving within a Distribution industry. It is imperative that you have a strong work-ethic with a flexible 'can do' attitude.
