Hgv Refuse Driver

Wild Recruitment are looking to recruit Class 2 drivers in the Portsmouth area who are interested in driving refuse trucks to collect house hold waste.

This Class 2 Refuse Driver role is temporary

Shifts are Monday - Friday, 6.30am-4.30pm

Start date is Monday 22nd April

£16.50ph on Umbrella

What you will be doing as a Class 2 Refuse driver:

• Driving Class 2 Refuse trucks to collect waste from residential and commercial properties.
• Working as part of a 2/3 man crew
• You will need to carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.
• You must comply with health and safety procedures and policies at all times.

What we need from you:

• Current C LGV Licence and valid Drivers CPC and DQC
• The ability to undertake heavy lifting as you may need to assist with loading of the vehicle
• Ready to take the initiative and work as part of a team
