HGV Technician / Mechanic
Location: Hyde, Greater Manchester
Salary: From £37,050 per year + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full - Time, 47.5 Hours, Overtime Availability

The Role:
As an HGV Technician / Mechanic, you will play a pivotal role in preparing vehicles for MOT and conducting diagnostics for vehicles and trailers.
Responsibilities:
Performing service and maintenance, focusing on HGVs.
Addressing Trailers and LGVs in accordance with depot procedures
Thoroughly documenting tasks completed in job sheets and inspection sheets.
Requirements:
Previously worked as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or in a similar role.
Qualification in HGV Vehicle Repair and Maintenance at Level 3 NVQ, City and Guilds 1,2,3 or equivalent.
Experience in onsite inspections and responding to breakdowns. (Preferred)
HGV 1 licence (preferable)
Skilled in IT.
Valid driving licence.
Shift:
Monday - Friday (8am - 6pm)
Alternate Saturdays (7am - 12pm)
