Your Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Location: Reading

Salary: GBP85 - GBP100 per day

Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who is committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where every child can excel.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Recent experience working in a Primary setting.
• Qualified HLTA status or willingness to complete the relevant qualification.
• Strong English language and numeracy skills to GCSE standard.
• A good understanding of the UK National Curriculum.
• Experience working with children in a similar setting, either on a 1:1 basis or in a group.
• Transferable skills in providing emotional support to adults or children.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Learning Support or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
• Team Teach qualification (preferred but not essential).
