An exceptional primary school located in Tadley is actively seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to become a valuable addition to their thriving team of support staff on a long-term/ permanent basis. The school is poised to achieve an Outstanding Ofsted rating in their upcoming inspection, and the students are noted for their high focus on learning.
We're on the lookout for a dynamic HLTA with prior experience in a primary school setting, either as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA. To excel in this position, you'll showcase excellent behaviour management skills, coupled with the ability to communicate seamlessly with both colleagues and parents. Teamwork is key, and we're seeking someone who can collaborate effectively while also thriving independently, taking initiative. Confidence and knowledge are essential, as you'll be delivering 1-to-1, small group, and whole class activities with enthusiasm and expertise!
