Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of skilled professionals in the design and development of highway projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Highway Design projects within established timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineers, planners, and government agencies, to ensure alignment with community needs and goals.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
