Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging history lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a stimulating classroom environment that promotes historical inquiry, critical thinking, and empathy.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary projects and enrichment activities that deepen students' understanding of historical concepts.
- Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities, parent engagement initiatives, and professional development opportunities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching history at the secondary level, with a strong track record of student achievement.
