Aldermoor Farm ERP (Enhanced Resource Provision) is looking for an experienced, reliable, passionate and patient Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work as part of our team in both a challenging and rewarding environment.
We currently have 8 children and are currently moving into our newly refurbished learning space.
At Aldermoor Farm Primary we are passionate about creating a learning environment and ethos which engages and motivates our learners to work hard and flourish. We want to develop children’s aspirations for independence, learning, resilience and to be courageous to prepare them for life. Our tailored curriculum is carefully designed to inspire children and ensure they love learning with enriching and creative experiences.

Has high expectations for the progress that children with SEND can make
Encourages children to develop in all aspects of learning, including both socially and emotionally, promoting the school’s nurturing ethos.
Appreciates and the need to work as a team to face challenges together.
Has the ability to reflect on and develop their classroom practice.
