Home Manager

Leaders in Care UK are looking for a dedicated Nursing Home Manager to join our client's inclusive and welcoming team. This full-time Home Manager role is based in Leamington Spa and is offering a favourable salary of up to £60,000 plus a great bonus scheme and benefits.

As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing a Medium sized Nursing home and all staff, delegating effectively and appropriately. You will also support and supervise the staff team, ensuring they are supported and supervised on a 24-hour basis, which should include observation of practice across shifts.
To give you an idea of how this Home Manager role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Take overall responsibility for all staff, and delegate effectively and appropriately.
• Manage and monitor staffing costs, staffing structures and rotas, ensuring they meet the requirements residents needs and are in line with allocated budgets.
• Ensure all staff are aware of their responsibilities in relation to policies, both in the care home, the organisation and those set out in the regulation of care standards.

• Home management experience, within an elderly care setting
• A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care Home Manager
• An NVQ in social care management
• NMC Pin (Essential)
