We are currently working with an excellent care provider to find an experienced Home Manager to join their team in Suffolk. The organisation has multiple homes throughout East Anglia and are one of the leading care providers throughout the UK.
Our client prefers to hire experienced management; therefore, each candidate should have 2 years' experience as a Home Manager. You should also have experience in budget management and business development, as you will be expected to work with regional staff to increase profits and improve the service.
