Our client is on the lookout for a Home Manager who can manage a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, This exciting opportunity is commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, Worcester and surrounding areas.

Our client is a directing healthcare group that operates care homes across the UK and are on the Hunt for a Home Manager to manage their state of the art nursing home, caring for younger adults with physical complex needs.
As a Home Manager, you'll be:

• Leading and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team
• Providing outstanding, personalised care to residents
• Managing all aspects of the home, including identifying business opportunities and effectively managing budgets
• Ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areas
• Strengthening the company's brand as a credible healthcare partner

In the role of Home Manager, you will receive:

• An annual salary of 65,000 - 70,000

The ideal candidate for the Home Manager role will have:

• Excellent clinical knowledge and expertise Nursing qualification is preferable
• An LMCS, RMA, or equivalent management qualification
• A excellent commercial acumen and strategic mind
• Background working with Local Authorities in and around the area
• The ability to develop an environment which focuses on continuous improvements
