Full-time, permanent position. The successful candidate will be required to be 'on call' at the weekend - this can be discussed further at interview stage.
Blair House is a purpose-built development acquired from Priory Adult Care, specialising in skilled nursing and dementia care as well as employing staff who are experienced in helping adults with mental health and/ or complex needs.
The Role
Take overall responsibility for the care of the Home as the Registered Manager in Charge, promoting high standards of care in line with our regulatory bodies. Required to manage both the people and resources to ensure an excellent service is achieved within the home and both sales and profits maximised.
A strong background of successful home management is essential, in particular, caring for those with mental health and/ or complex needs.
