As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will:
- Ensure top-notch, person-centred care for residents
- Manage and support staff, including recruitment and onboarding
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to meet business objectives and compliance criteria
- Maintain optimum occupancy through creative marketing strategies
- Submit regular management reports on various aspects of the home
- Work with Hospitality and Maintenance teams to uphold high standards
The Registered Care Home Manager role offers:
