I currently have an exciting for an experienced Manager to work for a family-run care provider within their elderly and dementia care Nursing Home in Wellingborough.
The home provides person-centred care for 40 residents with elderly, dementia or general nursing needs. As the Home Manager you will be supported by the Regional Management team and the directors in ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service.
As the Home Manager your role will include:
- Day to day running of the home
- Managing the home's budget, finances and audits
- Ensuring that CQC and health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service
- Staff training and inductions

In return you will receive a generous salary of up to 45,000 along with ongoing training and development opportunities and support from the home's dedicated and experienced senior management team.
