This full-time role comes with an attractive salary of up to £70,000 Plus Bonus scheme and benefits.As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the very best person-centred care service is provided to our residents whilst promoting their interests and understanding their needs. You will also be:Recruiting and onboarding new staff and continually developing and encouraging your teamCultivating good working relationships with all your stakeholders and actively working in a Collaborative way to ensure our service and care levels are outstanding.Ensuring optimum occupancy is maintained in the home by creative marketing strategies ensuring cost control over fees and staffing.To apply, you will need at least 3 years of experience as a Home Manager with CQC.
