NonStop Care is looking for a Children's Home Team Leader for a permanent contract with a therapeutic children's home in Ealing.

The organisations has a great structure and works with a therapeutic model, combining the disciplines of residential care, education, therapy and social pedagogy to offer holistic social care service to looked after children. The agency makes a great effort to develop the most innovative approaches and work therapeutically to individually meed the needs of the children.

The home is well-established and has a solid structure in place, 1 registered manager, 2 deputies, 2 Team Leaders and a team of support workers.

This is a specialist home focusing on child sexual exploitation and children and young people who are at risk of exploitation.

Responsibilities

The successful children's Home Team Leader is someone that is experienced in residential childcare and has worked with the registered manager and deputy manager to ensure a children's home is running to the highest standards.

Requirements

Please apply if:

- you have Level 3 NVQ diploma in residential childcare or equivalent - or willingness to undertake this

- you have at 1 years of experience working with children and young people who are at risk in a residential or community based setting
