About the Service & Company:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hospital Director to join an established CAMHS Eating Disorder Hospital.
This is a 16 bedded person-centred service for young people aged 12 to 18 years old, located in Brighton, close to the city centre and the beach.
 
As the Hospital Director, you will be working for an established, stable, and agile company with over 8,000 employees and a unique approach to the delivery of care. The role:

• As Hospital Director, you will be a responsible for the overall leadership, management and development of the service, ensuring adherence to the Hospital's objectives, quality improvement and business plans
• You will develop commercial opportunities, promote and enhance the service's reputation and engage with provider collaboratives
• You will ensure quality and financial targets are met
• You will ensure adherence to the CQC standards and regulations

About you:

• You will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• You will have experience working with CAMHS and Eating Disorders
• You will have an excellent track record working within a Senior Management role
• You will have a strong and supportive leadership style
