Rate: up to £32 per hour
 
We are recruiting for motivated qualified Social Worker to join our busy team. This role is with one of the UK’s highest performing local authorities, serving as one of the best places to live and work in.
 
This is a qualified Social Worker role requiring you to be SWE registered and to have relevant experience within a hospital social work setting.
 
We have x3 roles in South London boroughs, as well as one role in East London available to an experienced and skilled Social Worker.
 
For more experienced candidates, there is also a Senior Social Worker role in South London paying up to £40 per hour, based in the Hospital Discharge Team with a big focus on Discharge to Assess.
