- Competitive weekly pay between £18.50 - £22 / hour
- Flexible hours, choosing part-time shifts that suit your lifestyle
- Experience in an exciting workplace hosting major international sporting events and concerts, including UEFA Champions League Final, Taylor Swift, Green Day, AEW, FA Cup Competition, and more in 2024, with opportunities to also work in electric atmospheres at London Stadium and Emirates Stadium

- Demonstrate leadership to teams, directing and developing a strong frontline of team members and supervisors, promoting service excellence
- Elevate the guest experience, delivering top-tier service and satisfaction
- Lead the efficient handling of transactions
- Effectively manage operation excellence, including inventory, staffing, and performance metrics
- Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
- Experience managing and leading large hospitality teams
- Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, preferably within hospitality and catering environments
- Capacity to work evenings and weekends
- Beneficial if you are bilingual or multilingual
