Tasks and Responsibilities will include:
As a member of Waiting Staff team here at The Albion Hotel, Freshwater, you are also a helping pair hands and a good mood motivator. This role includes serving in our vibrant restaurant and bar, ensuring all working areas are kept clean and tidy. Role Responsibility
• Assist in setup of the Restaurant and serving of hot and/or cold food to customers with professionalism;
• Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations;
• Serve and replenish to our guests needs;
• Always interacts with resident and non- resident guests;

Package Description
· Full time and part time 20 – 45 Hours per week
· Any 5 days out of 7 - 7:00AM-23:30PM;
· Different shift patterns as necessary to support with business requirements;
· Full uniform supplied;
· Full training provided;
· Annual leave April - March 28 days per calendar year which increases with service;
· Remote health and wellness support
· On site locker.

Qualifications Required
· Ideally 5 GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent qualification) in English and maths.
Apprenticeship Standard
· Hospitality Team Member Standard Level 2
· Apprenticeship duration will be 18 months + 3 months for End Point Assessment
- Functional Skills - if not already achieved a GCSE C (or above) in maths and English (or equivalent qualification)
- There is a requirement to complete off job training, College attendance will contribute but time spent either learning something new, other courses or any support work you that is not your usual role will also be counted
Working Week
· 30 hours a week this will vary dependant on the time of year and will include Weekends
· One day per week to be spent at the college
Wage
· £210 per week
· £7/hour plus share of gratuity based on hours worked;

The current National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £6.40 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
