Industrial Work Solutions, are actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Receptionist, on a permanent contract to work with one of our major clients in the Lake District
We are looking for a candidate who is an excellent multi-tasker with good computer skills, organisation skills and a confident telephone manner. The succesful candidate will need to have previous proven Office or Reception experience.
Due to the location, having own transport would be required.
The role will involve general admin and reception duties.
- Using in-house booking systems
- Answering phone calls
- Assisting with guest queries and help with luggage
- Communicating to colleagues and guests regarding any request.
Working hours: Shift based - 40 hours
- 07:00 - 15:00
- 10:00 - 18:00
- 12:00 - 20:00
- 14:00 - 22:00
