Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and inquiries
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Maintain accurate guest records
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software
Shifts 7-3 or 3-11 5 days over 7. Weekends will be required
Due to the location of the hotel own transport is essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
