House Manager/Private Pa

A diverse and exciting position for a highly capable and experienced House Manager/Private PA. With constant property projects underway, you will be required to be hands on, managing and overseeing an extensive team of architects, builders, designers, sourcing products and samples, monitoring budgets and sticking to critical time-lines. A driver and car owner are essential as you will also be heavily involved in an historically important property in the West Country,  managing a team of staff and visiting on occasion. A primary area of focus will also be the extensive and very high value of artwork and furniture which need cataloguing as pieces are moved between residences, sold, bought, insured etc. You will also take full responsibility for researching and planning family holidays, complex travel by private jet to far off, remote locations as well as once in a life-time adventures, alongside the more regular duties of personal shopping, gift buying, event management on both a large and small scale and various ad hoc requirements. All in all, a wonderful role to really make your own!
