An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeper to join the team within the Urology Diagnostic and Treatment Centre. The service undertakes outpatient work across both Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy and Queen Margaret Hospital Dunfermline, providing a range of clinics including urological tests and treatments to the residents of Fife.
We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and efficiently. You should be able to work using your own initiative and have an active interest in developing the role of the housekeeper to meet the demands of the department. You will be joining a well motivated and dynamic multi-disciplinary team who strive to deliver the highest level of care possible.
You should be enthusiastic, dynamic, caring and compassionate, with a keen interest in urological nursing. You should be self motivated, and strive to deliver high quality patient focused care. Experience within a urology or outpatient setting is desirable, although not essential, as supervision and support will be available to orientate you into the role.
The post is Monday – Friday hours between 0800 and 1800, depending on the needs of the service.
