We are looking for housekeepers to join our team in our beautiful home.

Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, the Housekeeper/Laundry Assistant is responsible for ensuring a high quality of service within the home.

The Housekeeper will ensure that the highest service standards of cleaning are delivered in the home and provide an efficient laundry service in line with the residents’ choice around the laundry service they wish to receive. Making sure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met and are aligned to codes of conduct, Hallmark’s policies and procedures and Charter; ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity. To contribute to the achievement of the Hallmark Care Home Vision: “to be recognised as the leading provider of high-quality relationship focused care for all residents.”
