We are currently seeking conscientious, professional and highly detailed Housekeeping Attendants for our bedrooms, public areas Front and Back of house and ensuring we deliver all to the highest luxury standards.

The on target earning potential for this role is £32,458 / per annum based on a 39 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £25,958, plus a qualified estimate of £6,500 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards

  • Consistently delivering and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, room preparation and presentation, including deep cleaning exercises
  • Taking huge pride in ensuring the cleanliness, presentation and hygiene of your allocated rooms, corridor, public areas, front and back of house and our service areas are always achieved
  • Restocking and replacing items in guest rooms and bathrooms, making sure our guests have everything they need, in advance of their arrival or return to their room
  • Servicing guest bedrooms by order of floor/section to the highest standard; making beds professionally following our procedures clearly and attentively
  • Conduct a thorough handover with colleagues at the end of each shift; reporting and following up on all maintenance required; ensuring all lost property is returned by following department procedure
  • Attending monthly departmental meetings and proactively contributing to support our continuous improvement
  • Interacting with our members and guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
