Your Role:

As a Housekeeper at Arthouse Hotel, you will play a crucial part in upholding our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be essential in creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our valued guests.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Meticulously clean and service assigned guest rooms according to established standards, ensuring a spotless and inviting environment.
• Replenish guest room supplies, including linens, towels, and amenities, ensuring a well-stocked and organized space.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms, ensuring a pristine and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.
• Collect and transport soiled linens and towels to the laundry area, following proper handling and sorting procedures.
• Assist in receiving and storing cleaning supplies and guest room inventory, ensuring efficient stock management.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a secure and hazard-free environment for guests and staff alike.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks involving standing, bending, lifting, and pushing.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to accommodate various work schedule requirements, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
