The Client:

The Role:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee all housekeeping operations, from personnel management to budget control. Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the hotel.
Duties:
-Supervise housekeeping staff, handle recruitment, and enforce disciplinary actions.
-Plan and assign work, including regular and special duties, based on occupancy forecasts.
-Recruit and train new employees, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
-Approve supply requisitions, manage lost-and-found, and maintain hotel orderliness.
-Take charge of the hotels cleanliness and appearance, adhering to company standards.
-Prepare the annual housekeeping budget and manage inventory for supplies.
-Organise pest eradication activities and implement effective housekeeping systems.
-Attend to and resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
-Verify supplies consignments and participate in recruitment decisions.
Requirements:
-Previously worked as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Head Housekeeper or in a similar role.
-Previous experience in general housekeeping.
-UK work authorisation.
