Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Kinloch Rannoch, Perthshire
Salary: £12.75 per hour + Excellent Benefits
Full Time / Part Time, Permanent, (20 - 48 hours)

The Role:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee all housekeeping operations, from personnel management to budget control.
Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the hotel.
Duties:
* Supervise housekeeping staff, handle recruitment, and enforce disciplinary actions.
* Plan and assign work, including regular and special duties, based on occupancy forecasts.
* Recruit and train new employees, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
* Approve supply requisitions, manage lost-and-found, and maintain hotel orderliness.
* Take charge of the hotels cleanliness and appearance, adhering to company standards.
* Prepare the annual housekeeping budget and manage inventory for supplies.
* Organise pest eradication activities and implement effective housekeeping systems.
* Attend to and resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Verify supplies consignments and participate in recruitment decisions.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Head Housekeeper or in a similar role.
* Previous experience in general housekeeping.
* UK work authorisation.
