Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our hotel. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to address guest requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Maintain a safe working environment for the housekeeping staff by enforcing safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure proper functioning of equipment and facilities

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping experience in a similar establishment within the hotel industry is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £11.00-£11.85 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
