Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Sage and MIS System - Accura
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Accura MIS is a plus
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
