Overview:
AquAid Tyne Wear Tees are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various administrative tasks and possess excellent communication skills. This is a part time position (with an option for full-time position subject to performance and availability) that requires proficiency in various computer applications and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:

- Perform general administrative duties such as telephoning customers, scheduling work, responding to letters, emails, and managing correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
-- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Manage filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and liaise with IT support when needed
- Utilize computer software programs such as Excel, Word, Social Media and other applications to perform tasks efficiently
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in clerical tasks such as typing and filing
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Google Suite for office-related tasks

Part Time: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8.30am to 17.30pm
Full inhouse training provided.
20 days holidays plus bank holidays (22 after qualifying period)

Pay: £8.59-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25.5 per week
