Housing Disrepair Lawyer – Midlands - Remote Working

Vivid are working with a local authority in the Midlands who are looking to bring a Housing Disrepair Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.

You will be given the opportunity to work remotely, on a rolling contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

Key responsibilities of the Housing Disrepair Lawyer:

• Handling a caseload of Disrepair matters (80% of caseload)

• Dealing with possessions, injunctions, tenancy advice, and other related matters (20% of caseload)

• Liaising with client department
