We are seeking a motivated and suitably experienced individual to join the Health and Social Care Partnership to work closely with Housing services and the wider housing sector. The Housing, Health and Social Work Research and Engagement Officer will deliver the strategic coordination between the priorities of the HSCP Strategic Commissioning Plan and the Council’s Local Housing Strategies as they relate to housing, community Health and Social care.Requirements
