Housing Management Solicitor

My client, a top tier ranked law firm, are looking to recruit a Housing Management Solicitor to join their expanding Property team for their Cardiff office.  
You will be managing your own caseload that will predominantly consist of injunctions and possession applications, advisory work, discrimination claims and all aspects of drafting including pleadings, witness statements and regular client communication. There is also the option to carry out advocacy.
The ideal candidate will be 2 years + PQE with experience within the social housing sector and be able to run your own caseload with minimal supervision. Salary will be DOE but to give you an idea NQs start on £48,000 and an experienced associate at 9ish years PQE will be mid-70s.
