Salary My client, a top 40 UK law firm, are looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding Property team for their Leeds office.
You will be managing your own caseload that will predominantly consist of Housing Management and anti-social behaviour work. There may also be the odd residential case such as possessions and rent recovery. There are Solicitors on the team that handle housing disrepair claims so you will not be handling any housing disrepair.
The team is fast growing and operates nationally, the team has doubled over the past few years and is expected to continue to grow. As a result they are open on experience, so if you have experience within Housing Management work you are encouraged to apply.

As they are open on experience salary will be DOE but the firm is paying well, to give you an idea NQs are bought in on £45,000.
