SalaryOur client is a Temporary Accommodation provider who are currently looking for a Housing Managerwith management skills, to join their team on a Full Time Basis in Eastbourne,East Sussex.
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience within a similar position, possess excellent communication skills and be a strong team player. As a Housing Manager you will be monitoring the residents, dealing with any calls or alerts as well as maintaining the building safety. Due to the nature of the role own transport is essential.
The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:
- Demonstrable experience within a similar position
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to 'think on your feet'
- Be a strong team player
- Ability to problem solve
- Be computer literate
- Flexible working times
- Full UK Driving License and own transport is essential
Your duties as a Housing Manager will include:
- Day-to-day management of the accommodation service
- Health and Safety checks
- Dealing with the calls and visits
- Consistent communication (verbal and written) with the residents and agencies
- Building maintenance checks and housekeeping
- Accommodation on site
Salary:
GBP24,000 per annum
Hours:
- 40 hours per week including Evenings and Weekends
- Full Time, Permanent
