My client is a regional main contractor and due to an increase in projects they are looking to increase their management team with a housing Site Manager.
The Site Manager they are looking for will have proven experience working on New Build Social Housing projects, delivering said projects from inception through to completion and hand over. (Project values up to £20million).
As an experienced Site Manager, you will be aware of planning procedures and following tight site time schedules. You will be responsible for organising labour and ensuring all sub-contractors are following plans as to the programme and meeting deadlines as required.
Health and Safety is paramount on site and it will be the Site Manager who will be taking tool box talks and site inductions. You will ensure all site labour is adhering to strict Health and Safety guidelines on site.
The Site manager must have their SMSTS qualification, first aid certificate, a valid driver's licence and either a professional construction management qualification or equivalent knowledge/experience.
