Housing Options Officer

We all know that January goes by so slow. Blink in February and its already summertime. We often look forward for the future and what we want to accomplish but how about living in the present and making a change?

Homelessness has been on the rise, most prevalent in the winter months where the vulnerability of people is at its peak. We have a Housing Options Officer position open, ready to be filled with an immediate start.

But before that… my client is looking for someone with strong Housing Needs knowledge. You’ll be conducting a start to end process from Triage to Decision with confidence. PHP assessment and homelessness eligibility knowledge is essential. Not to mention Section 184s are a must. You’ll ideally be proficient in Locata and have worked within Homelessness relatively recently.

The rate is between £24-26 an hour and working from home 2/3 days a week! You’ll be making a positive difference in a very well-known team representing a diverse housing needs department.
