Highly motivated individual required to join Dragonfly Development Limited’s busy Housing Repairs Team.
Dragonfly Development Limited is working in partnership with Bolsover District Council and is a dynamic and ambitious organisation that takes pride in delivering excellent services to our community whilst driving economic growth and environmental sustainability for the district.
As Housing Repairs Support Officer you will be joining a great team dealing with a range of Housing Repairs to over 5000 properties delivered through both our in-house team of over 50 staff and external contractors. The successful candidate must have excellent people skills, be able to manage competing demands and be able to operate both individually and within a team.
This role is based at the Riverside Depot and the successful applicant will work across the service delivering admin and other support as required. Relevant training in specialist areas will be provided.

To be successful you will need:
- Knowledge and understanding of general office practices and procedures
- Demonstrable experience with reception and telephone skills
- Experience and knowledge of good customer service including the handling complaints
- Knowledge of financial management
- Experience in the use and maintenance of electronic data management systems
