Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

A prominent homelessness charity is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Service Lead for a 6-month contract in the Northwest Region, covering Liverpool, Preston, and Warrington.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, effective supported housing and housing management services.
Service Delivery: Oversee the provision of services to a diverse range of service user groups, including young people, homeless individuals, and prison leavers.
Contractual Compliance: Ensure that services meet contractual requirements, financial targets, and the needs of service users.
Lone Working: Engage in lone working when necessary, supporting the team in delivering effective services.
Reporting: Report to the Regional Manager, providing updates on service delivery, challenges, and successes.
Property Management: Oversee the management of approximately 40 bed spaces, ensuring they meet the required standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Enhanced Adult DBS.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams within supported housing or housing management.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Understanding of the needs of diverse service user groups.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Travel required within the Northwest Region.
Lone working as needed.
