Turning Lives Around is recruiting for the Our Way Leeds dispersed service. Our Way Leeds is a consortium service delivered by Turning Lives Around, Foundation and Gipsil, offering accommodation to empower Young People aged 16-25 to live independently.
As a Housing Support Worker in the dispersed service, you will work as part of a team providing support to Young People in the community. We offer supported accommodation and floating support to Young People who are at risk of homelessness and help them develop skills to ready them for independent living. The role involves supporting a caseload of Young People to manage their tenancies responsibly and help them move on into permanent accommodation.
You will be helping the team look after our properties and report repairs, turn around empty properties for reletting, and take care of housing management matters.
