Housing With Support Manager

Housing With Support Manager Needed! we Have a Part Time Role and a Full-time role.
This Role is working with Over 55's DBS will be required, we can get one for you if you do not have one!
Part time role - 10 Months Maternity cover - 25 hours per week!
Full time - Initial 3 months 37 hours, but long-term prospect and permanent opportunity will be available!
What you'll need to succeed

As you will be the on-site manager, experience is essential as you will be the go-to person. You will often be lone working and while there is a wider team to support you on a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for making the decision. To be considered for interview your CV must demonstrate: -

3) Experience of working with, and supporting vulnerable adults

2) The ability to take a positive approach to problem solving and be decisive in your own decisions

1) A good understanding of Housing Management responsibilities

4) Good knowledge of the Care act

5) Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service
