Housing Management Support Worker

4M Recruitment are currently recruiting for a number of Housing Management Support Workers to work for a rewarding Charity who provide practical help and personalised support through their education, housing, justice and health and wellbeing services.   

• 35 hours per week
• Monday- Friday
• Home working between property and office visits
• Full driving license and car owner essential
• £17.21 - 17.93 per hour via Umbrella Company

This role will support 10-12 service users across 3/4 properties who are vulnerable adult and children service users who are based in charity properties across the Nottingham area.
You will offer housing support as well as a person centred support ensuring service users build confidence and independence as well as have access to the required support services with the aim of achieving a successful move-on.
  
The ideal candidate will ideally have some previous support work or housing experience in a similar sector and have a passion for supporting and helping others from vulnerable backgrounds such as mental health, substance misuse, homelessness, etc.

• Ongoing temp contract or temp to permanent
• Due to the nature of this role you will need to undergo an Enhanced DBS Adults / Childrens check or hold a DBS on the update service
