Location: Houghton Le Spring, DH4
Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour
Hours / days: 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
This is a temporary vacancy.
Total Recruit are recruiting for a HR Administrator to work with the Human Resources Team at their prestigious Clients Head Office based in Houghton Le Spring.
Duties will include:
- Admin tasks to assist with various HR processes such as recruitment, new starters, leavers, DBS checks, inductions, assessments, e-Learning training
- Scanning documents to save to individual HR Files
- Maintain employee records (attendance, work eligibility etc.) using the Company’s HR System
- Note / minute taking at HR related meetings
- Prepare job descriptions and job adverts
- Manage the onboarding process
- Preparing “Welcome” Gift Box to issue for New Starters
Skills Required:
- Experience of working in a busy HR Department (preferred but not essential)
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Strong ethics and reliability
