We are seeking a dedicated HR & Administration Services Manager to lead our Human Resources department. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional organisational skills and a deep understanding of HR processes.

The organisation is a respected entity within the Not For Profit sector. Based in Market Overton, that provides critical services to vulnerable individuals within the community.
Description
- Managing the smooth running of all HR process including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and staff wellbeing.
- Leading and supervising the administration team to provide a range of agreed services across the organisation.
- Overseeing the finance team in the processing of all financial income and expenditure.
- Liaising with the external professionals, HR consultancy and Accountancy to achieve effective outcomes
- Work with the CEO and senior management team in the development of the organisation.
Profile
A successful HR & Administration Services Manager should have:
- CIPD Level 3 (minimum)
- Adherence to Values and Christian Ethos
- This role has a genuine occupational requirement to have an active Christian faith.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
- Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
